General Terms and Conditions:

This Offer is being made and conducted by Kikoy Promotions LLP (TopRewards) on behalf of Safari Industries India Ltd on following Terms and Conditions-

1. Buy Safari Bags product and find a unique code on the front side of the voucher.
2. The Offer is valid for 2 months i.e. 15th May, 2022 to 31st July, 2022 (both dates included) in selected cities, till stocks lasts, whichever is earlier.
3. Offer is applicable and valid only twice per user, per house hold, per mobile number, per lifetime.
4. Entry to the Offer is void in States where prohibited/not allowed.
5. Safari Bags products purchased as part of the Offer will not be taken back or exchanged.
6. Dominos code is personal to the participant and cannot be transferred to anyone else.
7. The Offer is open to residents of India above 18 years of age (“Participant”), except employees, agents, dealers, distributors, clients, and immediate families of the employees of Safari Industries India Ltd, and Kikoy Promotions LLP (TopRewards).
8. The voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable, is non-encashable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
9. In case of any misuse or reverse engineering or fraud or disruption caused to the offer by any person and if the same is identified, Safari Industries India Ltd and Kikoy Promotions shall have the right to deny the participation or eligibility in the Offer and may take such action as may be allowed under applicable law.
10. In case of force majeure conditions, no liability in whatsoever manner shall fall upon the both the parties. Kikoy Promotions shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to the Act of God, Governmental actions, other force majeure circumstances and shall not be liable to pay any amount as compensation or otherwise for any such loss. This offer is subject to promotional availability and government regulations including lockdown restrictions caused due to the pandemic.
11. By participating in the Program, each participant agrees to hold harmless both the parties and their affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents, as well as all others associated with the development and execution of this Program, from and against any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from this Program, the awarding and use, misuse or possession of the prize including liability for personal injury, except where prohibited or limited by law.
12. Kikoy Promotions LLP (TopRewards), its clients, agents and distributors cannot replace any lost, stolen or damaged vouchers and reserve the right to withdraw or amend any details and/or prices without notice.
13. The Offer cannot be redeemed after the expiry of the Offer Period and the participant agrees to waive off right of redemption on the date of expiry of Offer Period. No new Unique Code will be issued in the event of original being stolen/ lost by the Claimant or receiver.
14. If the participant has registered himself to the DND of the telecom provider/ the participant has registered with National Do Not Call Registry/ Participant has specifically requested for not receiving messages for the specific campaign, he might not receive campaign messages Safari Industries India Ltd and Kikoy Promotions LLP (TopRewards) are not liable for the same.

DOMINOS VOUCHER: TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Domino's Electronic Gift Card (EGC) is for ONE TIME USE ONLY, any unredeemed amount will get forfeited.
2. Validity 180 Days
3. Domino’s EGC can be used to purchase any Domino’s product on Domino’s India Mobile App/PWA.
4. Domino's EGC cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Once E gift card has been purchased it is considered sold and cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged.
6. No refund will be made for any lost E-gift cards and no revalidation is allowed for expired gift cards balance.
7. Maximum one EGift card can be used per order.
8. Jubliant Foods at its own discretion may withdraw issuance/redemption of vouchers, without any prior notice in this regard.
9. Jubliant Foods maximum liability for any reason whatsoever shall not exceed the purchase value of the voucher.
10. Redemption will happen on mobile platforms i.e. Mobile APP, and Mobile Website (PWA). In restaurants redemption will NOT be available.
11. Any pre-order discount like EDV, CRM, Combos and any after order discount like Late or any specific guarantee in place with Domino's will NOT be applicable.
